We will learn about the various ways to lock hair; African, Dread, Nubian, Sister and Micro Locks.
In addition to me meeting all of you, I am pleased to have as a special guest, Nekhena Evans, author of "Hairlocking: Everything You Need to Know", and founder of New Bein Enterprises!
Since 1992, New Bein' has been a Pioneer in the Natural Hair Industry steadfastly creating many firsts within it.
Here are some accomplishments:
*Created NYC's first Loc (Natural Hair) Conference!
*Created the International African Arts Festival Natural Hair Care show in Brooklyn!
*Created one of the first lines of all natural Hair Care Products for coiled textures.
*Created the largest selection of Hair Jewelry exclusively for Locs, Braids & Twists worldwide.
